Purpose of the role
We’re looking for a seasoned communications specialist who has extensive experience developing and executing complex change management communications using creative communications and digital engagement tools. This role will collaborate with the broader communications team and other key internal stakeholders across Auto & General (A&G) and Compare the Market (CTM) at all levels.
The role
- Develop and deliver targeted change communication strategies for the risk remediation program across A&G and CTM.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate the program and key activities to various audiences.
- Use the change management communications methodology to create and implement a communication plan that drives awareness, behaviour change and education.
- Provide scalable solutions to engage employees and support adoption of change.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to minimise resistance and enhance engagement.
- Produce clear, concise communications for varied internal audiences across multiple communication channels.
- Ensure alignment with the Group’s risk management program and business strategy.
What experience you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in communication, PR, change management, or a related field.
- Experience in change management communications across risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance within financial services.
- Strong background in corporate and change management communications.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a great sense of humour.
