Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands in the KSA and UAE markets. As a Senior Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for driving the social media presence and engagement for our clients, creating compelling content, and leading campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both English and Arabic markets, as well as experience navigating cultural nuances and digital trends specific to the **Middle East** region.

Key Responsibilities:

– Strategy Development: Create, implement, and monitor social media strategies tailored to the **KSA** and **UAE** markets. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and regional trends.

– Content Creation: Develop engaging, on-brand content in both **English and Arabic** for various social media platforms. Ensure content is culturally relevant, timely, and aligned with brand messaging.

– Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns. Monitor performance, identify insights, and refine strategies to ensure maximum ROI and engagement.

– Community Engagement: Foster community relationships through active engagement on social platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in both English and Arabic.

– Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on social media performance, campaign results, and audience insights. Analyze data to optimize ongoing campaigns and develop actionable recommendations.

– Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies in the MENA region. Continuously experiment with new strategies and content formats to enhance engagement.

– Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams (creative, content, paid media) to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably with experience in the **KSA** and **UAE markets**.

– Languages: Fluent in both **English and Arabic** (both written and spoken). Ability to craft compelling copy in both languages.

– Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their specific best practices, especially in the MENA region.

– Content Creation: Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools. Ability to create graphics, videos, and other visual content.
