Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager for Influencer and Brand Marketing to spearhead our innovative brand marketing strategy. This position is ideal for a proactive leader with extensive expertise in social media dynamics, influencer collaborations, and brand engagement. You will play a pivotal role in executing impactful marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, and nurturing a thriving community of influencers and affiliates to enhance our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Marketing: Design and deploy comprehensive marketing campaigns that embody our brand’s ethos and support overarching business objectives. Lead content creation across diverse platforms to articulate our narrative in engaging formats.
- Community Management: Foster and reinforce connections with influencers, administer gifting initiatives, and manage social media interactions to boost engagement and brand recognition.
- Affiliate & Partnership Management: Develop and supervise affiliate programs and strategic partnerships that propel growth and cultivate customer loyalty.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing endeavors are in harmony with broader business strategies. Leverage market insights and consumer trends to inform decision-making.
- Performance Tracking: Assess and analyze campaign efficacy. Utilize data-driven insights to refine future initiatives and enhance overall impact.
Required Skills
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in brand marketing, particularly in social media and influencer marketing.
- Skills: A visionary thinker capable of generating and executing innovative concepts. Strong organizational acumen and keen attention to detail are crucial. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools for performance tracking is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and convincingly.

Qualifications
