We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the fast-evolving world of stablecoins and financial technology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fintech sales, a deep understanding of blockchain and digital assets, and the ability to drive business growth by developing strategic relationships with enterprise and B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Sales Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the stablecoin and fintech markets.
  • Identify and target high-value enterprise accounts, including B2B clients in financial services, e-commerce, marketplaces, and international remittances.

2.       Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their payment and blockchain needs.
  • Present OwlPay’s stablecoin and on/off-ramp solutions to prospective customers, demonstrating clear ROI and benefits.

3.       Market and Industry Expertise:

  • Stay ahead of trends in the stablecoin, blockchain, and fintech industries to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams (product, marketing, and engineering) to ensure alignment with client needs.

4.       Team Management and Development:

  • Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and provide regular coaching to develop team members’ sales skills and industry knowledge.

5.       Pipeline Development and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue goals and key performance metrics.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities and optimize the sales process.

6.       Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and product development, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

·      Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the fintech or blockchain space.
  • Previous work experience in the U.S. is required.
  • Experience selling digital payment solutions, stablecoins, or B2B financial services is highly preferred.

·      Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of stablecoins, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and blockchain technology.
  • Knowledge of fintech regulations and compliance requirements in domestic and international markets.

·      Sales Skills:

  • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals and manage enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Leadership Qualities:

  • Ability to inspire and lead a sales team to consistently meet or exceed goals.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with API-driven payment solutions and financial integration platforms.
  • Experience working with SaaS-based sales models.
  • Knowledge of cross-border payment systems and FX markets.
