Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Nutrition and Meals who possesses a passion for food and nutrition. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping our nutrition and meal offerings in alignment with market trends. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will develop strategic roadmaps and drive product strategy and execution to foster growth in a fast-paced, competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends to provide insights into the future of our nutrition and meal products.
• Oversee the lifecycle of our food products, from sourcing to online availability, ensuring successful execution of ideas.
• Act as the customer advocate within the organization to enhance user experiences and implement meaningful changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to perform comprehensive market research, identifying trends, competition, and customer needs to drive growth.
• Formulate and manage innovative product strategies while leading business planning efforts for our nutrition and meal initiatives.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in nutrition and meal development.
• Demonstrated expertise in product road mapping and go-to-market planning, with strong leadership and execution capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated passion for collaboration with development teams, stakeholders, vendors, and researchers.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

The total compensation package for this role ranges from (115,000 to )230,000, inclusive of a competitive salary and potential variable compensation such as bonuses and equity. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
