Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise intricate projects, guaranteeing that all objectives are fulfilled promptly and within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with government personnel and stakeholders to realize project aims and cultivate strong alliances.
- Offer expert technical counsel and planning to ensure projects align with set objectives.
- Assess project performance, address issues efficiently, and recognize avenues for process enhancement.
- Maintain compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Serve as the principal liaison to address government inquiries and deliver timely updates.
- Identify and alleviate risks, notifying stakeholders of any contractual or programmatic issues.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 24 semester hours in business-related coursework from an accredited institution, OR 10 years of experience as a federal contract specialist in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience in conducting quality management activities for government acquisitions and at least 5 years in developing acquisition policies and guidance.
- Certifications: Possession of one or more of the following certifications:
- DAWIA Level III
- FAC-C Level III
- NCMA Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM)
- NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM)
