About the role
The Lead, CSR will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives within their assigned sectors. The role focuses on building impactful partnerships, ensuring project compliance, and effectively communicating results to support Orange Egypt’s CSR objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Work collaboratively and effectively with NGOs, employees, and vendors.
– Coordinate all CSR activity within Orange.
– Report Orange CSR initiatives and project updates.
– Ensure appropriate financial procedures and contracts issuance for all CSR partners.
– Build and maintain strong, generative relationships with our CSR partners, NGOs, organizations, etc.
– Evaluate existing CSR proposals and advise on potential ones to best maintain the company’s brand value.
– Understand and analyze all major CSR initiatives in the market, with a special focus on those related to Orange, as well as the competitive analysis of the competition’s CSR activities.
– Coordinate with the Orange group and Orange foundation on all CSR related issues and projects, and liaise internally with the relevant business units.
– Prepare the annual audit report to be submitted to the group audit.
– Prepare the needed briefs for public relations and internal communication.
– Work on the annual CSR newsletter content and CSR communication materials.
Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in CSR or working with funds-based organizations such as international development agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), or similar entities.
– Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Technical Skills:
– Strong project management and organizational abilities.
– Proficiency in creating reports and presentations.
– Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
