Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Lead / Flutter Technical Project Manager with over 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of Flutter development, and a proven track record in managing technical projects. This role will involve overseeing the development and implementation of mobile applications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Candidate must be comfortable coding and leading a team – 80 percent would be development and 20percent would be management related work.

Candidate must be an expert in iOS platform with flutter SDK. Our target market is iOS app store.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of Flutter developers, providing guidance and mentorship.

– Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and delivery.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless project execution.

– Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

– Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

– Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

– Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

– Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

– Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Flutter development.

– Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

– Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

– 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Flutter.

– Proven experience in leading and managing technical projects.

– Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.

– Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.

– Experience with version control systems such as Git.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

– PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
