Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in cryptocurrency to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding PropW’s reach, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives in the ever-evolving crypto trading landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Identify, initiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with trading platforms, financial institutions, and crypto communities to enhance PropW’s ecosystem.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract talented traders, crypto enthusiasts, and institutional clients to join PropW’s programs.
- Market Research: Monitor trends in the cryptocurrency and prop trading sectors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market developments.
- Outreach: Represent PropW at industry events, webinars, and conferences, building awareness of our mission and services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business development efforts with PropW’s overall growth strategy.
- Proposal Management: Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and materials for prospective partners and clients.
- Performance Tracking: Set and achieve growth targets, regularly reporting on KPIs and business development outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the crypto or FinTech sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and trading markets is required.
- Networking Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, and key industry stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market data and leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
