Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager with 20 25 years of experience to lead a $10 15 million greenfield AWS cloud-based platform development in the Supply Chain domain, preferably within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry. This two-year program requires exceptional leadership, Agile program management expertise, and a deep understanding of enterprise application development, cloud technologies, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

• End-to-end delivery accountability for a fixed-price program, ensuring scope, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee the development of enterprise applications, UX, and APIs on a greenfield AWS cloud platform.
• Manage program milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership to deliver solutions leveraging cloud-based architectures, microservices, and APIs.
• Drive Agile methodologies, utilizing JIRA for tracking, milestones, and progress management.
• Ensure product scalability, performance, security, and quality.
• Lead discussions involving engineering, UX, architecture, product, and customer stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the single point of contact for client technical and functional leadership.
• Manage senior-level stakeholder governance meetings and provide strategic insights.
• Drive communication cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to update leadership and stakeholders.

Delivery Excellence:

• Implement best practices to improve team engagement, productivity, and engineering excellence.
• Ensure alignment of deliverables with the enterprise tech roadmap and strategic objectives.
• Leverage a multi-shore operating model to drive efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of IT delivery and program management experience, including managing fixed-price programs.
• 10+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing domain, focusing on IT transformation projects.
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise application development programs with budgets of $10M+.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions, microservices, and API-driven architectures.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for Agile program management.
• Familiarity with UX, UI, and engineering processes in pharmaceutical programs.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry.

Leadership and Communication:

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
