Responsibilities:
Manages and supports multiple projects through all phases, starting with discovery/concept and all the way through implementation and closeout, as well as maintenance of business.
Leads and/or supports cross-functional team members, field teams, and vendor partners to ensure successful testing, implementation, and integration of new restaurant technology into the system.
Develops and maintains quality deliverables throughout every phase of a project, including detailed project plans, status reports, and project closeouts.
Supports implementation planning and communication with both cross-functional and field stakeholders.
Consistently leverages standard project management tools and executes against project plans.
Partners with a Business Analyst to support all accountable projects and workstreams.
Provides a high level of consistent leadership with a continuous development mindset. Develops bench for the team’s future growth.
Completes all calendar management activities and executes all required weekly/monthly communication, while facilitating cross-functional and vendor project meetings as needed.
Provides timely and appropriate updates to departmental leadership on project tasks, issues, milestones, and overall timelines.
Provides ongoing support to the franchise community, company field leadership, and field operations on inquiries and opportunities for existing or new restaurant technology initiatives.
Recommends the development of new project processes, tactics, and timelines for technology tests and implementations.
Recommends the assessment of overall field integration and planned timing for new projects.
Recommends new procedures, processes, and training requirements, including plans for tests and national implementations.
Approves business case metric needs, design, validation, and reporting requirements.
Approves project integration within existing departments (e.g. operations, design, BI, networking, security, etc.) and existing systems (e.g. operational workflows, customer engagement processes, training materials, etc.)
