Job Title: HR & Admin Coordinator
Location: Remote (Flexibility Required on Weekends)

About Us:
We are a dynamic, fast-growing company, and our CEO is seeking an HR & Admin Coordinator who will act as his right hand. This person will be instrumental in coordinating administrative tasks, HR duties, and supporting the CEO in freeing up his time to focus on business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Coordinate the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, check and prioritize emails, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Document Management: Review important documents, contracts, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Payment Processing: Oversee payments, process invoices, and ensure timely transactions.
- Human Resources:
- Post job descriptions and coordinates the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates.
- Handle onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with new hires.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare budgets, review financials, and track company expenses.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting and manage cash flows.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as organizing paperwork, tracking tasks, and executing special projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in an executive assistant, HR, or administrative role with leadership experience.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Google Workspace, CRMs, and HR platforms.
- Financial acumen for preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and reviewing financials.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tools: Experience with Google Suite, Google Workspace, CRMs, and LinkedIn is required.
- Personality: We are looking for someone with a strong personality who can confidently make decisions and figure things out independently. If you are shy or prefer being micromanaged, this might not be the role for you.
Additional Requirements:
- Remote Role: This is a completely remote position, but flexibility is required. As the CEO’s right hand, you must be available on weekends for any urgent tasks that arise.
- We are looking for someone who can handle the unexpected and is prepared to step in when needed, even outside of regular business hours. If you require strict working hours, this role may not be suitable for you.
