- Guide new customers (e.g., healthcare staffing companies and recruiters) through the onboarding process.
- Provide product training to help customers understand how to use Vetted’s features, integrations, and database effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration with ATS systems like Bullhorn and LaborEdge for new clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for all post-sale interactions with clients.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., recruiters, talent acquisition teams).
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and understand their evolving needs.
- Identify all key contracts and recruiters in Customer Account
- Monitor customer usage of Vetted’s platform and work to increase engagement
- Identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs (e.g., advanced features, additional seats, or upsell of performance-based models).
- Identify recruiter champions to promote Vetted within the organization
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve any technical or service-related issues.
- Act as a mediator between the client and your development team to communicate customer feedback and potential improvements to the product.
- Proactively address issues that could lead to customer churn by identifying pain points early and providing solutions.
- Create tailored success plans for clients to ensure they see tangible ROI from using Vetted.
- Track customer metrics such as usage, satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Keep customer happiness in an up to date spreadsheet to monitor customer satisfaction
- Provide regular reports to internal stakeholders (e.g., Head of Growth, CEO) on customer performance and insights to guide product development.
- Understand Vetted’s placement goal against the clients stated staffing goal and capacity
- Collect feedback from customers to identify areas of improvement or new features they’d like to see.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within your company, ensuring their needs are prioritized in product updates.
- Work with customers towards renewing their contracts and expanding their use of the platform.
- Develop strategies to reduce any roadblocks during the renewal process.
- Collaborate with Account Executive to increase placements and attribution of each account
- Work with Vetted Agent team to support their work in outlining suitable candidates that are sourced via Vetted Agents
