Lead Adobe Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking a Lead Adobe Engineer to join our remote team. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional capable of steering complex digital marketing initiatives and leading a team of skilled engineers. The successful candidate will leverage extensive Adobe platform expertise to elevate our marketing operations, ensuring both innovative campaign execution and strategic data utilization. Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement marketing strategies to align with organizational objectives
• Design, construct, and oversee intricate marketing campaigns utilizing Adobe Campaign Standard
• Maintain the accuracy and quality of customer data for precise targeting
• Deploy marketing automation technologies to streamline campaign operations
• Employ dynamic content and personalization to boost customer engagement
• Perform A/B testing, evaluate campaign results, and enhance strategies based on performance data
• Create detailed reports, provide actionable insights, and offer data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Adobe Engineer
• At least 1 year of experience in leadership and team management
• Proficient in Adobe Campaign Standard, including expertise in managing custom resources, real-time events, workflows, and content management
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and application enhancements
• Experienced with REST API for effective integration and automation of processes
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for crafting and managing visual content and styles
• Skilled in SQL for sophisticated data querying and management
• Fluent in English with communication skills at a B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake for advanced data storage and analysis solutions
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python or Java
