Onboarding Coordinator (Remote)

What You’ll Do

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our team by:

• Leading the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are informed, prepared, and aligned with their roles
• Guiding new hires through onboarding tasks, including live training sessions and necessary paperwork
• Collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to support onboarding for agents and clients, ensuring seamless transitions
• Providing progress updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to keep everyone aligned
• Assisting with client onboarding tasks when required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

• 1–2 years in Customer Service Onboarding
• 3–5 years in the BPO Customer Service industry
• Virtual Assistant experience is a plus

• Proficient in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk (Required)
• Knowledge of CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively

• Internet: DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (20 Mbps minimum)
• Tools: Proficiency in Gmail and Slack
