Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Transformation Manager to join our innovative remote team, dedicated to supporting a federal client. In this essential role, you will play a critical part in spearheading product transformation initiatives, driving the organization’s shift from project-based methodologies to product-oriented practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, managing everything from concept through to retirement, and ensuring successful product launches and iterations.
- Formulate and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the goals of the organization and meets stakeholder needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research to ascertain customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive positions to shape product strategy.
- Effectively gather, articulate, and prioritize product requirements, transforming business objectives into actionable product features.
- Leverage data analytics to guide product decisions, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and enhance product efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain clear communication of product vision and updates across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to junior product managers, nurturing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive user experiences rooted in customer feedback.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in product management is required.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline is required.
