The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge in building and optimizing AI-powered products. You’ll play a critical role in driving efficiency, improving customer experiences, and launching new business units leveraging our flagship product and data expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

• Product Consolidation: Collaborate with engineering, UX design, and operations teams to unify existing solutions into a new platform.
• AI Product Leadership: Apply AI technologies, including LLMs, to streamline processes, enhance products, and drive innovation.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the bridge between the product and customers, liaising with CFOs, operators, and global teams across procurement, accounting, supply chain, and logistics.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a strong focus on 0-to-1 product development.
• Strategic Vision: Articulate and drive a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• 7-10 years of product management experience
• Proven experience in delivering AI-powered solutions (e.g., LLM applications).
• A solid understanding of shipping, logistics, or marine accounting (nice to have).
• Experience working on global, customer-facing B2B products in procurement, supply chain, or accounting systems.
• Strong technical skills, including Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A track record of successfully managing multicultural, cross-functional teams.
