About The OPPORTUNITY

Kinetic IT are industry leader within the ServiceNow space providing capability nationally to a number of large scale organisations. This is a unique opportunity to work on one of our highly reputed accounts providing a community driven service across WA. This role can be flexible with locations and will work as part of a small ServiceNow team of professionals.

Duties will include:

• Development (enhancements &configuration) using Kinetic IT standards and methodologies.
• Enhancements to existing products & integrations
• Work closely on enhancements within the HR Module
• Work through catalogue items in order of priority
• Translation of customer requirements into technical solutions
• Perform platform upgrades, updates & patching
• Building new applications
• Product or integration release deployment
• Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management
• Scoping BAU & CSI items
• Educate platform users on platform functionality
• Update set deployment using Kinetic IT methodologies
• Complete system, functional and automated testing

Skills required:

• Proven track record as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with HR module of ServiceNow
• Certified CSI -HR Mandatory
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work as part of a core team and provide regular updates
• ITIL
• Located in Australia
