Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development of our Trade Lifecycle Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, collaborating with engineering teams, and working closely with our clients to deliver impactful, end-to-end solutions for trading operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trading lifecycle, a passion for problem-solving, and a track record of delivering innovative technology products in the fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Leadership: Lead the full product development lifecycle for trade lifecycle solutions, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
• Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, balancing strategic priorities, client feedback, and market trends to ensure successful product evolution.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand pain points, and develop user-centric solutions that add value to their trading operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends that will guide product enhancements and new features.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, timelines, and potential risks.
• Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize products based on client feedback and data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, including onboarding, pre-trade, trade execution, and post-trade processes.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate client requirements into actionable product features.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile product management methodologies is a plus.
