Senior Project Manager Supply Chain Procurement Gpos (Remote)

In this remote role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of over 35 projects, ensuring delivery is achieved on time, within budget, and adheres to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring seamless execution.
• Create comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure project timelines are met.
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to establish project objectives and maintain alignment.
• Manage project budgets, oversee expenses, and pinpoint opportunities for cost savings.
• Uphold stringent quality standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Drive change initiatives and employ effective change management strategies.
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience in project management with a focus on supply chain, procurement, or GPOs.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Smartsheet).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask.
• Financial acumen and advanced skills in Excel are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management roles, particularly within supply chain or procurement sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
