Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and high performance.

Recruitment Strategy:

Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent for various roles across departments.

Candidate Selection:

Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements, screen candidates, and make final hiring decisions.

Pipeline Development:

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Process Optimization:

Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Market Research:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks to ensure a competitive edge.

Compliance:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, local labor laws, and industry regulations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, leadership teams, and other stakeholders to align hiring practices with business objectives.

Metrics and Reporting:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, providing insights for process improvement.

Employer Branding:

Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice, including job fairs, social media presence, and employee testimonials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage and scale recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
