Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Software Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models and solutions, focusing on cloud-based implementations. The role involves working on pattern recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and cloud computing. The Software Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and manage scalable AI solutions in cloud environments, specifically emphasizing conversational AI-based chatbots.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
• Proven experience in applying AI models to solve business problems
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks for conversational AI-based chatbots
• Good understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or C#
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS
• Experience in solution & software architecture
• Experience in using different software design patterns to solve complex issues
• Experience in preparing solutions and technical documents
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• English language proficiency (written and spoken) is a must

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI services
• Familiarity with OpenAI technologies
