What You’ll Do
- Participate in the development and execution of campaign strategies and framework, and have a clear understanding of integrated campaign KPIs, objectives, target audiences and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects, including schedules, kickoff, reviews/approvals, compliance review and production.
- Develop and publish project plans and manage project activities in accordance with plans to ensure commitments and deliverables are met within expected time frame; provide periodic status reports to stakeholders and management team; assist in the development of processes and procedures to streamline and increase efficiency of systems implementations and maintenance; document process flows, as needed.
- Collaborate with others to provide cross-campaign oversight to ensure alignment and continuity of marketing campaign tactics. Ensure appropriate communication traffic cross all campaigns.
- Capture all creative feedback and work with agency and internal creative to implement changes.
- Oversee marketing calendar and ensure it is updated regularly and shared out broadly to all partners.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization including lifecycle marketing, media, CRM, phoenix.edu, operations, legal and finance to ensure collaboration on all projects.
- Work closely with supervisor and marketing operations team to document and implement change management initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

Minimum Education And Related Work Experience
- Bachelor’ degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related experience in field
- Five (5) years of project management experience
Additional Qualifications
- Familiarity with online project management systems, specific PMP and SCRUM experience/certificate are a big plus
- Experience combining communication strategies and current market best practices with experience managing projects in a rapidly changing environment
- Effective written and oral communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Strong, proven operational management skills with experience in managing projects
- Work enthusiastically and co-operatively to produce outstanding results
- Proven experience working in cross-functional (internal and external) relationships including agency partners, internal clients, editors, and influencers
- Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to perform analyses
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience
