What You’ll Do:

• Lead Design Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives, from research to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business goals.
• Create & Test: Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to validate your designs.
• Innovate: Integrate modern data and AI technologies to enhance UX.
• Advocate: Champion accessibility, usability, and performance standards across all products.
• Grow Our Design Culture: Shape our design system, processes, and UX research approach while fostering design maturity within the business.
• Measure Success: Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and iterate designs, ensuring continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven UX/Product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and process.
• A passion for solving complex problems and delivering user-centered designs.
• Expertise in design research, from planning to moderated interviews and synthesis.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and end-to-end design workflows.
• Experience with design systems, component design, and modern UI practices.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and design rationale confidently.
• Self-motivation and ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
