We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst who wills to apply his current knowledge and skills and is inspired to discover new technologies.
The project: A Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) that allows you to personalize guidance on any web application. This helps users quickly navigate the site and makes their job more efficient. Our tool consists of the Dev tool for administrators to create guided tours, and the application to play them for end-users is based on the Chrome extension. The platform includes creation of the guided tours, pop-ups, tooltips, surveys, etc, and a complex logic of triggering any kind of workflow to play them for the end-users.

Your future dynamic and friendly team (up to 15 people) consists of: Developers (Back-end and Front-end), QA Engineers, Application Architect, and Technical Delivery Manager.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Business/System Analyst or Product Owner in IT;
• Ability to work with raw information to create requirements for developers;
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;
• Ability to speak the same language with developers, designers, and business;
• Ensure strict adherence to Agile principles, specifically SAFe, by preventing mid-sprint changes and maintaining sprint integrity;
• Effectively communicate with clients to manage expectations and emphasize the importance of following the planned sprint backlog to avoid scope creep and ensure team productivity;
• We’re looking for someone who can see the system components, and understand data flow;
• Strong desire to learn new technologies when it’s needed for successful requirements development;
• Experience with Agile practices, Jira, or Azure DevOps tool;
• General knowledge of web application structure and architecture types;
• Basic understanding of LLM or AI in general;
• Advanced English and Ukrainian.

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of work specifics with customers of the American market;
• Interest in the technologies and tools or relevant experience in JSON, Postman, Swagger, databases, test automation, basic coding, etc.;
• Interest in the AI domain and a will to explore its capabilities;
• Relevant IIBA/PMI certifications.

Role and responsibilities:

• Close cooperation with the development and design team;
• Various documentation development (User stories, nFRs, Flowcharts, Mindmaps, etc);
• Close communication with customers from the stage of project kick-off to support;
• Preparation and conduct of Demo meetings;
• Participation in project coordination: estimation, planning, and execution control of the project;
• Validation of mockups with the design team;
• Constant communication with the Engagement Team of the customer to formulate or specify the existing requirements;
• Support and create the necessary project documentation useful for developers’ teams;
• Daily Scrum meetings participation.
