This position is a hybrid role, ideally based on Paris. If the successful candidate is based outside of Paris, the role will be considered fully remote. At this time we are not considering candidate outside of France.
The salary provided is the OTE salary in Euros (base + commission). Commissions are uncapped.
We are open to hiring this person as a full time employee or independent contractor.
About the role ✨
- Engage the Public Sector Market:
- Implement outbound strategies to effectively map the territory and cultivate relationships with new customers.
- Plan and structure outreach to public sector organizations.
- RFP Management:
- Create and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process in collaboration with the proposal and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with executive and legal teams for negotiations and contractual agreements.
- Pipeline Growth:
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Development to expand the sales pipeline.
- Oversee and coordinate partner relationships to enhance business opportunities.
- Customer Outreach and Closing:
- Develop and execute a detailed reach-out plan, including various touchpoints, product demonstrations, virtual events, and meetings.
- Prepare, present, and close new business by understanding customer goals and effectively demonstrating the value of the Spare Platform.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Experience:
- Strive to understand customers’ goals, educate them through the sales journey, and ensure their success with the Spare Platform.
About you ✨
- SaaS Sales Experience:
- Proven track record as an Account Executive in SaaS sales, with a focus on public sector sales
- Experience working with C-level executives and large organizations.
- Industry experience:
- Knowledge of the mobility industry from a technology or operational perspective
- Sales and Negotiation Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to close deals in a mix of new business, established accounts, and channel management.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing complex sales cycles.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to demonstrate software to various audiences in an easy-to-understand way.
- Initiative and are Results-Oriented:
- Proven ability to fill and manage a sales pipeline, taking initiative to produce results.
- Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology is a bonus.
- Geographical and Language Requirements:
- Ideally based in Paris, France.
- Fluent in French and English, any other language is a plus.
