We have a suitable opportunity in the Corporate Finance function for the position of Senior Manager – Internal Control . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying risk scenarios & build necessary controls around it to mitigate the same. The Candidate should have atleast 4-5 years of professional experience in Internal Control / Audit background preferably with one of the Big 4 . The location of the job will be Mumbai .
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead data analytics & automations related to Distributer management system
– Work closely to drive efficient distributor audits
– Support management in identifying fraud risks & control issues on various topics
– Manage Internal financial control audits
– Driving the culture of Internal control.
Requirements:
– Must have strong knowledge of internal control framework
– Must have experience in conducting process Audits for large organisations (preferably FMCG)
– Ideally should be from Big 4 / reputed organization
– Must have working knowledge of SAP ERP.
– Act as a business partner, Should be Solution oriented.
– Demonstrate high level of analytic skills
– Respecting L’Oreal’s Ethical principles
Key Relationships:
– Commercial Teams including finance
– Beauty Tech & Data teams
– FCPL
– Division teams depending on projects
Physical Demands (e.g. % travel):
– Travel will be need based.
Education:
– CA, CMA, MBA Finance
