Business Analyst (Remote)

An opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Developer Transformation project team which enables the digital capability across the entire Growth and Development journey in order to significantly improve developer outcomes through transformation of the Growth and Development operating model.

This role will span across the project over the next 2 years to ensure seamless integration with third party processes engaging a variety of internal and external stakeholders, and subject matter experts.

Process Design Develop comprehensive process designs that integrate with existing systems, enhance maturity, and meet quality standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to ensure seamless coordination of the Developer Transformation project

Collaboration and Best Practices Work closely with the Process Centre of Excellence to align process designs with corporate reference models, promoting best practices. Lead the design of critical operating model components, including systems, data models, and governance processes, to support strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Process Improvement Champion innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement and challenge existing practices. Analyse the impact of changes to the operating model, managing change activities to ensure alignment with future requirements and organizational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders to design, test, and refine processes. Lead coordination of cross-functional processes and ensure thorough validation of designs for effective project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.

Project Delivery Prioritize project outcomes within scope, timing, and budget constraints to ensure successful delivery. Focus on enhancing process maturity in key areas to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals.

Essential Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in business, engineering or related field, or experience deemed equivalent
• Extensive experience in business analysis, process improvement, transformational projects with a significant focus on digital initiatives that drive organisational change.
• Proven capability in planning, prioritising, and delivering projects with defined timescales, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Specialised experience in growth and development specialisation for utility or other state-owned organisations encompassing cross-cutting enterprise processes including asset management, spatial analysis, cadastre and finance.
