The time and attendance software we deliver helps thousands of participants get the care they choose while maintaining compliance with federal standards.

The Team

We have a small staff of 100% remote engineers (ranging from Florida’s beaches, to the base of volcanoes in Maui) that write our software, fix bugs, and deploy code. We’re a Microsoft shop, so most of our code is .NET and it all runs in Azure. Not familiar with the latest that Azure offers? Don’t worry, we’ll catch you up.

Like most software shops, we have a bunch of smart people that you’ll work with. What makes us different from other shops? It’s the support we give each other. Everyday our developers share their expertise, help teammates with roadblocks, and encourage each other.

We trust our developers to use their hard-won skills to solve problems, and we believe that great ideas can come from anyone and anywhere.

We follow an agile process, but we’re not handcuffed by it. If a product team’s needs aren’t met by the process, we adapt the process until the code flows smoothly.

Your Impact

  • Embrace a Devops mindset and encourage team members to do the same
  • Work with development technologies such as C# .Net, T-SQL, JavaScript /HTML/CSS, Git, Azure
  • Build .NET applications and APIs as cloud native solutions in Azure
  • Contribute to our mobile app development (Ionic/Cordova/Angular)
  • Contribute to the refinement and incremental improvement of our legacy codebase
  • Use your excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to improve our products and processes

Who You Are

  • 5+ years developing large-scale, highly reliable and highly available Internet facing applications using Microsoft technologies
  • 5+ years of experience with software development technologies such as .NET (C# / ASP.NET/.Net Core)
  • 5+ years of experience with MS-SQL or similar SQL database writing T-SQL and stored procedures and database schema design
  • Experience with front end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue
  • A compelling and clear communicator, able to represent your work to internal audiences with differing levels of technical fluency

What is a Typical Sprint?

  • You will work with .Net framework and .Net core, in both full stack application design and development
  • You will also work with Ionic/Cordova/Angular to improve our mobile application
  • You may participate in incident root cause analysis and resolution in order to understand and improve the quality of our products
  • Identify opportunities to improve our applications, communicating the benefits of improvement, such as reduction of technical debt via refactoring, to product ownership
  • Our sprint ceremonies are minimal and so are meetings. We think our engineers are happiest when they’re coding
