About the role:
The Professional Services Implementation Manager III plays a crucial role in leading and managing the successful execution of complex implementation projects for the organization’s clients. This position requires a skilled project management professional with a deep understanding of client engagement, team leadership, and technical solutions to drive the delivery of high-quality services. This role is completely customer facing and is the conduit and initial escalation point for customer interactions.

What you will do:
o Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies.
o Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and established processes.
o Act as the primary point of contact for key clients during the implementation process, building strong relationships and managing client expectations.
o Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
o Provide regular project updates to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
o Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful integration, configuration, and deployment of solutions that meet client requirements.
o Provide guidance on technical challenges and contribute to solution design discussions.
o Proactively identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
o Address project-related issues promptly, working with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
o Collaborate with sales, account management, product, and support teams to ensure alignment on project scope, goals, and requirements.
o Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among different departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
o Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and client communications.
o Provide regular project updates and performance reports to senior management.

About you:
o Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
o 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
o Proven experience in project management, professional services, or a related field.
o Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
o Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
o Experience working in AGILE and Waterfall methodologies.
o Technical background with an understanding of software solutions and implementation processes.
o 2+ years experience working with customers with at least one difficult customer interaction that had a positive outcome.
o Experience with one of the following or similar for task and feature management; JIRA or Azure Dev-Ops.
o Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
o Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation for projects.
