About The Role

Who We’re Looking For:

We need a financially literate communicator who can transform intricate economic theories and crypto concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand content. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a content, UX writing, or financial communications role, with deep expertise in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or finance. You will be comfortable engaging a diverse audience, crafting content that simplifies complex topics, and contributing to strategic content initiatives that reinforce Kinesis as a thought leader in digital finance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead UX Writing for Kinesis Pro: Develop clear, intuitive copy for all aspects of the Kinesis Pro platform, supporting both novice and experienced traders in navigating the platform with ease.
• Financial Content Creation: Produce high-quality content that demystifies complex financial topics and provides actionable insights for our diverse user base.
• Strategic Content Development: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to create UX content that communicates value propositions, enhances the user journey, and supports Kinesis’ strategic goals.
• Thought Leadership & Analysis: Leverage your financial expertise to produce in-depth white papers, analytical articles, educational guides, and FAQs that position Kinesis as a leader in the industry.
• Market Research & Insight: Conduct ongoing research into global financial markets, emerging digital assets, and regulatory developments to ensure our content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
• Brand Consistency & Integrity: Serve as a key stakeholder in maintaining the brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all channels and content types.
• Lead on Kinesis Academy: Oversee the Kinesis Academy educational platform, developing content that empowers users to understand and leverage digital assets effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Financial Writer, or Content Strategist in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial industry.
• Deep understanding of economic principles, global financial markets, and the digital asset landscape.
• Proven ability to simplify complex financial concepts into user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise with crypto trading platforms, decentralised finance (DeFi), and the regulatory environment surrounding digital assets.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce content that is both analytically rigorous and engaging.
• Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), design tools (e.g., Figma), and digital marketing platforms.
• A proven track record of leading content initiatives that drive user engagement and reinforce brand authority.
