Job Description:Â Our client relations specialist will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for answering incoming calls, providing information, and ensuring that calls are directed to the appropriate department or individual. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary first contact for potential and current clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with ALO Law Firm.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet callers, provide information, and address inquiries.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Maintain an updated directory of contacts and extensions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Diligently record any message and ensure follow up.
- Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor at all times, while giving empathetic care to our clients.
- Ensure a positive experience for all callers by providing high-quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, marketing, political science, law, international relations, psychology or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in call center, account management, or client-facing role, customer service and preferably within the legal industry or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Should communicate with courtesy, diplomacy, and discretion, efficiently follow written and verbal instructions, and maintain relationships with attorneys, firm management, and staff.
- Social, quick witted with an upbeat personality!
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Empathetic, caring and client-focused with a passion for helping people achieve their goals.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Technologically savvy! We want someone eager to learn new technology and use it for their productivity and benefit!
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile!
