Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as the principal marketing authority for a designated product group, establishing strong partnerships with product teams and ensuring strategic alignment on objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, promoting their professional development and ensuring cohesive collaboration across various departments.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth potential. Utilize insights to guide product positioning and messaging strategies.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies across diverse channels, including digital, social media, events, and public relations.
- Product Launches: Spearhead product launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts to achieve maximum market impact while managing consistent and compelling messaging across multiple channels.
- Performance Analytics: Define key performance indicators for campaigns and product launches, monitor outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance future marketing efforts.
Required Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in product or performance marketing, preferably in a global or multi-faceted product environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities, adept at overseeing multiple products and teams across various regions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive collaboration among diverse teams.
- Proven success in crafting and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital platforms, public relations, social media, and events.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics to monitor performance and derive insights.
- Strong writing abilities to create engaging product messaging and positioning.
- A data-oriented mindset with experience in analyzing trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- English fluency is required; additional languages are advantageous.
