About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Developer to join our team and help us enhance how our business operates by creating AI-powered, automated solutions. You’ll collaborate with teams to understand their needs and design tools that save time, streamline workflows, and improve how we serve our customers.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly apply AI technologies to solve practical problems and make a real impact. If you’re passionate about leveraging AI and automation to drive business success in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building AI-Driven Tools: Develop smart, automated solutions using AI technologies to improve efficiency across operations, customer service, and sales teams.
• Integrating Systems: Ensure the tools you build seamlessly integrate with platforms like DEAR Inventory, Monday.com, HubSpot, and Slack.
• Enhancing Processes: Identify repetitive or time-consuming tasks and implement AI-powered solutions to optimize them.
• Data Management: Prepare and organize data to enable reliable, data-driven decision-making using AI-enhanced analytics.
• Collaborating Across Teams: Work with departments to understand their challenges and build tailored AI-based tools to address them.
• Monitoring and Improving: Continuously evaluate the performance of your solutions, using AI to refine and enhance their effectiveness.

What We’re Looking ForTechnical Skills:

• Experience with AI tools and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning libraries.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of integrating AI systems into business workflows and working with large datasets.

Problem-Solving Approach:

• Enthusiastic about identifying problems and creating innovative, practical AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts, especially AI-related ideas, in simple terms for non-technical teams.

Experience:

• Proven experience in software development, particularly with AI and automation workflows.
• Background in developing tools for operational, customer service, or sales teams is a plus.

Salary:

12,000–20,000 PLN per month (~£2,100–£3,600), depending on experience.
