Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting a team in operational service delivery in accordance with client contracts, legislation, policy conditions, business rules and procedures, and within the legislative / regulatory framework.
- Understanding client requirements and making every effort to ensure key performance indicators and quality standards are met.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of processes, procedures, and products.
- Understanding, building, maintaining, and enhancing stakeholder and/or client relationships.
- Supporting the Pensions Team Manager in preparing for meetings and providing business MI.
What we’re looking for (ALL ESSENTIAL):
- Pension administration experience with knowledge and experience of DB pension schemes.
- Experience coaching, training and mentoring others. Leveraging your expertise to guide and develop others to enhance their skills and proficiency.
- Excellent numeracy and data inputting skills.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and quality management skills.
- Strong call handling ability and communication skills. With the capability of delivering feedback in a constructive manner.
- Strong written communication skills in a variety of communication channels.
- The ability to use Microsoft Office Applications relevant to the role, at the required level.
