We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to play a vital role in bridging our Marketing Team and Operations Team, ensuring our stores shine both locally and nationally.

This dynamic role is perfect for someone who loves creativity, variety, and the thrill of driving impactful marketing initiatives. You’ll help activate campaigns, form strategic partnerships, and represent the brand at events—all while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What You’ll do:

• Lead the charge in developing local marketing plans—from events and collaborations to exciting pop-ups.
• Equip our store teams with the tools to deliver unforgettable local experiences by creating a local marketing toolkit.
• Be the face of Ole & Steen, representing us at events and building partnerships with local communities and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with our Danish and UK operations teams to bring campaigns to life with seamless execution.
• Own and manage digital touchpoints like Google profiles, third-party delivery platforms, and website updates.
• Dive into analytics to measure success, identify insights, and make future campaigns even better.
• Support of campaign internal comms – pulling together relevant packs, print assets and promotional tools to communicate campaign launches. Ensuring campaigns land smoothly at a bakery level.
• Ensure that all key external comms channels are updated regarding any new activities we are focusing on including our third-party partners from landlords and shopping centres.

• A confident communicator who loves meeting new people and forming strong working relationships.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a pro at juggling multiple projects.
• An individual with a creative mindset and a passion for hospitality and enhancing guest experiences.
• Experience (or familiarity) with hospitality marketing at the local level.
• Attention to details is crucial for this role.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Canva or design tools (don’t worry, we’ll provide training if needed!).
