Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs efficiently.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee freelance recruiters, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
• Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve recruitment workflows, ensuring efficient candidate sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.
• Client Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track recruiter performance and client satisfaction, providing feedback and solutions to ensure top-notch service.
• Freelancer Payments Coordination: Oversee payment cycles for freelancers, aligning with client payment terms and maximizing profitability.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, freelancer performance, and financials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations, ideally with leadership experience.
