The position is responsible for the domestic sales, channel expansion and logistics activities

The position will work to ensure that the company

meets its sales, expansion and service goals.

Position : Senior executive/ Assistant manager

Location : Pan India

Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Maintains receiving, expanding, and network operations by initiating, coordinating, and

enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures in rural and urban

areas.follow up assertively with sales leads thereby cultivating and nurturing relationship with

new and existing channel partners. Should have generated profound non nomination

businesses(Majorly), activated 2-5 franchisee’s monthly .

• Complies with local warehousing, grievance handling, and shipping requirements by studying

existing and new legislation, creating and presenting business proposals ,demos and pitches for

our leads to showcase our offering; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management

on needed actions.

• Safeguards domestic operations with the ops team and contents by establishing and monitoring

small package and pharma business procedures .Identify key franchisee leads in promising

urban and rural areas with existing businesses and converting them into lead partners as a part of

sales .

• Drive efficient processes to enhance sales in the region whilst taking ownership of end to end

courier sales processes. Maintain , update sales ,marketing and business development

documentations .Update yourself with the latest industry trends and any latest enhancements

made in our products .

• Controls sales target and sales promotion activity levels by conducting physical counts;

reconciling with data storage system.

• Achieves financial objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating

corrective actions.

• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling in coordination with the

respective department ; following up on work result.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;

reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional

training programmes .

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Drive the complete process of order to revenue management & outstanding clearance ontime .

• Coordinate with the customer service team to drive process of order processing and enhance

customer satisfaction.

• Ensure collaboration of the operations service to commercial team to deliver objectives.

• Coordinate the export -import process by complying to customs and regulatory requirements

with ops team if and when needed.

• Actively advocate safety in all aspects of warehouse operations, adhering to company and site

specific safety policies, practices, and programs

• Lead generation to revenue conversion functions

• EASY SCM functions in the region

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Strong background in courier sales / transshipment sales/heavy shipment sales and business

development on field sales and direct sales . Logistics and Supply Chain Management

experience would be the added advantage for the role . Preferably within a medical device

manufacturing organization. In addition, the individual must possess strong analytical and

problem solving skills.

*1. Focus on Non-Nomination Business : Prioritizing individuals with a proven track record in

securing non-nomination business.

2.Revenue Benchmark : The ideal candidate should have contributed to generating an annual

revenue between INR 50 lakhs to 1 crore or more.

3. Profit Margins : A minimum monthly profit contribution of INR 1.5 to 2 lakhs is expected

from the candidate’s previous roles.

4. Client Management Expertise : Candidates must have experience handling key domestic and

international clients within the courier industry, ensuring optimal rates and client satisfaction.

• Experience with SAP order to cash process. Feels comfortable in goal oriented environment .

Excellent spreadsheet modeling skills required.

• Excellent project management skills with experience creating new systems and processes are

highly desirable(for AM/DM).

• Ability to work cross functionally(in team and in individual contribution).

• Demonstrate leadership with internal departments and external partners to provide direction

and meet established deadlines.

• Acts as a mentor for the associates. Disciplined and honest individual would be the preferred

candidate . Increasing brand awareness and market share.

• Bachelor’s degree(any stream) is the minimum qualification requirement . Masters in

marketing and finance , advanced degree in business (international business or marine logistics

degree) preferred.

• 2-5 years related Business Experience, extensive knowledge of marketing strategies , channels

and branding . Presenting daily time sheets to the reporting authority in hierarchy.

• Experience of managing small / large team with casual labour.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
