Your role

• Execute the business plan for the country or region implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Ensure that the company’s goals are aligned with the local market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory environment.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and oversee daily operations in the country or region.
• Reporting and communicating progress, performance, and feedback to management.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the country or region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Manage risks and ensure business continuity.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Your profile

• Agricultural Engineer, Agricultural Technician or Biologist.
• Work experience in the agriculture sector, over 5 years
• Experience in crops, plant nutrition, fertigation and fertilizers.
• Languages. Essential Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel as required locally and internationally.
• Proactive and professional work ethic.
• Competence in comprehension of the country or region’s market dynamics, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
• Competence sense of vision, strategy, and innovation, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Competence in achieving results, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Competence in interpersonal interaction skills, communication capabilities, and negotiation techniques.
• Competence in networking skills.
