This is a full-time, remote, fixed-term contract position to June 2025, with the potential to become permanent.

Join Our Team as a Graphic Designer – Employment Ontario Marketing

Reporting to the Team Lead, Employment Ontario (EO) Marketing, this role is an essential part of the EO Marketing Team, delivering in-house design services across all EO catchments. As the Graphic Designer, you will create engaging print and digital marketing materials to support day-to-day operations and impactful marketing campaigns, including brochures, rack cards, web content, social media elements, and corporate presentations.

What you’ll do

• Create EO market-leading creative thinking and innovative design solutions that meet business goals
• Maintain and develop an image and content library
• Deliver a clear message to key target audiences
• Translate creative briefs into engaging and impactful graphic content
• Manage all design requirements for the organization
• Ensure all creative adheres to brand, style, and accessibility guidelines
• Ensure no breaches of contractual requirements
• Obtain input from the Marketing Manager and Team Lead to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent EO appropriately
• Work to continually improve organizational systems and processes to maximize employee efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity to deliver quality outcomes

Qualifications

What you bring

• 5+ years graphic design experience
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence
• High proficiency in Adobe Suites, Canva, Hubspot and video editing software
• Exceptional planning and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with rapidly changing priorities
• A strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
