We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator with strong social media skills and proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms, primarily Instagram.
• Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, captions) that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community through comments, messages, and direct interactions.
• Utilize Excel to track social media performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports on engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
• Use WhatsApp for internal communication and coordination regarding social media activities and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
