The Role

As a Membership Growth Coordinator, you will:

  • Drive membership growth by proactively identifying and converting prospects.
  • Achieve sales activities, including prospecting, appointment setting, and closing the sale.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to leverage campaigns and maximise growth opportunities.
  • Be agile and adjust strategies based on feedback to ensure continued success.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who:

  • Has experience in membership-based or subscription sales, relationship/account management, and/or event sales.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Is motivated, organised, and thrives on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Can work effectively as part of a small, professional team and is comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Is adaptable, creative, and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to our members.

Desirable Qualifications

While not mandatory, qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management will be highly regarded.

Other Requirements

  • National Police Clearance.
  • Current Driver’s Licence.
  • Willingness to travel interstate occasionally and work outside typical hours if needed.
