Overview

We are hiring UX Analysts to assess and enhance a cung-edge event ckeng plaorm featuring
interacve mapping, 3D seat visualizaon, and immersive venue experiences. This plaorm is
designed for seamless browsing, seat selecon, and cket purchasing across a variety of devices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with interacve maps, 3D visualizaon technologies, and cross-plaorm tesng to ensure a premium user experience.

Key Responsibilies:

Cross-Device & Browser Tesng: Validate compability on Windows, macOS, Android, iOS,
and browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Interacve Features Tesng: Evaluate usability, accuracy, and responsiveness of interacve
maps, including zoom, pan, seat selecon, and 3D seat viewer performance.

Core Funconality Tesng: Ensure awless event search, cket booking, payment systems,
and third-party integraons.

Usability Tesng: Analyse workows for intuiveness and accessibility, documenng
improvement areas.

Performance Tesng: Assess loading mes, network responsiveness, and stability under
stress.

Bug Reporng & Collaboraon: Idenfy and report bugs with detailed documentaon and
collaborate with development teams for resoluon.

Required Skills & Experience:

Interacve Map Tesng: Proven experience tesng or working with applicaons involving
interacve maps or geospaal data.

3D Viewer Experse: Hands-on experience with 3D rendering or visualizaon technologies
(e.g., WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js).

Cross-Plaorm Tesng: Knowledge of tesng applicaons across mulple devices, operang
systems, and browsers.

Usability Tesng: Strong analycal skills to evaluate and improve user experience.

Bug Reporng: Prociency in documenng and communicang bugs using tools like Jira,
Trello, or similar plaorms.

Performance Tesng: Familiarity with tools and techniques for measuring applicaon
performance.

Wrien Communicaon: Excellent ability to arculate ndings and recommendaons in
clear, concise reports.

Preferred Qualicaons:
• Familiarity with checking platforms or e-commerce applictions.
• Experience with 360-degree or panoramic view technologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best pracces for interacve applicaons.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments.

• Personal laptop and a stable broadband connection.
• Excellent English communicaon skills.
• Ability to work in the aernoon shi(1:00 PM onwards).
