Gannet is a leader in the US media industry, who produce renowned publications and engage audiences through digital platforms, making a significant impact in the marketplace. This role is pivotal in retaining their US customers who are considering discontinuing their subscriptions with Gannet publications.

We’re seeking an individual who not only communicates effectively with customers but also leverages sales techniques to understand and address the root cause of their dissatisfaction, securing their continued business, and grow engagement through product positioning.

Role Requirements:

· Previous experience in sales is preferred – whether that’s face to face or contact centre based – however comprehensive training will be provided for those who are willing to learn!

· Comfortable working in a targeted environment

· The ability to stay self-motivated with strong resilience

· A passion for people and providing them with the best products & service

· The ability to read your customer and really understand their needs

· Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Willingness to take on board feedback and coaching with an open mind

· Ability to show commitment to the role through punctuality and reliability

· Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment, post-offer background check to ensure compliance with company standards
