Couples have always faced the challenge of falling into routine, leading to increased loneliness and neglecting emotional and physical intimacy. Arya’s AI concierge helps couples invest in their relationships and love life, both inside and outside the bedroom, promoting healthier, stronger relationships.

As the Sr. Product Manager, Monetization you’ll lead revenue growth within Arya’s Product team. Arya is a premium service, monetized through various membership options, and a growing marketplace offering. Working closely with our marketing, content and engineering teams, you’ll be at the center of our effort to improve conversions, optimize customer experience, and drive new revenue products. You’ll manage the conversion funnel and develop innovative ways to maximize monetization across Arya’s premium offering.

Responsibilities

  • Design and drive the product roadmap supporting revenue growth, prioritizing UX improvements, dynamic pricing strategies, and the development of compelling subscription bundles informed by user insights and data.
  • Build and execute data-driven experiments to optimize the customer journey, improve conversion rates, and identify scalable product enhancements that increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Partner with Marketing and content to identify opportunities, develop initiatives, and implement experiments that directly impact growth metrics.
  • Present growth strategies, implementation plans, and results to the CEO, CPO, and broader leadership.
  • Anticipate obstacles and proactively address them to keep the team aligned and ensure smooth execution of product, operational, and program objectives.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Product Management Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product management, focusing on growing revenues for consumer subscription products while experimenting and improving each stage of the funnel.
  • Working on eCommerce and/or Marketplace growth is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in the gaming or health & wellness sectors is highly desirable.
  • Resourceful and Results-Oriented: You excel with limited resources, working independently, and making smart trade-offs in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-Obsessed: You prioritize the customer experience, gathering both qualitative feedback and quantitative insights to drive customer-centric outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You transform data into insights, using analytics to inform decisions and optimize growth.
