Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Integrated Media to design and uphold a robust social media strategy that defines platform purposes, target audiences, and content approaches.
- Create and manage comprehensive content calendars that encompass a blend of original and curated content, specifically tailored for various platforms and audiences.
- Partner with designers and copywriters to develop compelling multimedia content that resonates with our community.
- Cultivate and engage our online community by initiating discussions, responding to inquiries, and fostering a supportive environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant organizations, influencers, and community groups to amplify our outreach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, transforming data insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about social media trends and audience dynamics, adjusting our strategies accordingly.
- Establish and enforce social media guidelines and best practices while providing training to internal teams.
- Strategize and implement social media plans for live events, ensuring effective promotion and coverage.
- Collaborate with advertising and PR teams to explore opportunities for social advertising, influencer collaborations, and community growth initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing sizable online communities.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing cross-channel content calendars and utilizing social media analytics.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess at least 8 years of experience in social media strategy and community management.
- Proven experience in influencer engagement, social advertising, and event promotion is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
The anticipated salary for this position is (91,000 – )102,000, with final compensation tailored to the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
