- Independently execute projects of varying complexities while ensuring milestones are met
- Schedule and monitor engineers to ensure adherence to project scope, cost, schedule, and quality
- Attend and contribute to customer meetings to support project objectives
- Coordinate with a team of engineers for successful project execution
- Manage project setbacks and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or management, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in engineering or new construction project management, or 3+ years supporting project managers
- Proven track record in coordinating engineering teams for diverse projects
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage project timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in renewable energy projects or related fields
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and controls solutions
- Familiarity with battery energy storage systems (BESS) and microgrids
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Previous involvement in team-building or workplace culture initiatives
