⚙️ What you can help with

• Lead & Mentor: Guide and support junior engineers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and problem-solving.
• Develop & Innovate: Build and optimize frontend and backend systems, integrating APIs and responsive UIs.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Design, and Operations teams to deliver features that enhance the user experience.
• Drive Process Improvement: Champion AI-assisted tools and strategies to optimize our development pipeline and product capabilities.

🦺 We are looking for someone who

Required:

• Extensive experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Proven experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in computer science principles.
• Effective communication skills, with experience in remote, distributed teams

🚜 What you need to be ready

• Location: This is a 100% remote position, for people located in the following countries listed here.
• Availability: Full-time, 40+ hours/week, covering Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST
• Technical Requirements: Reliable laptop (16GB RAM, Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, or M1 processor), Chrome browser, stable internet (10mbps upload, 20mbps download), noise-canceling headset, power backup (250-300W UPS), and daily data access (up to 7.5GB for outages).

• Compensation: Annual salary between $67K- $83KUSD, depending on experience and location.
• Your final compensation will depend on your placement on our Career Ladder and will be calculated hourly.
• You’ll be paid weekly through Upwork (www.upwork.com), the platform we choose to hire and pay our Ergeoneers all over the world.
• Other payment methods are possible where Upwork is not available.

• Bootcamp: World-class, Fully Paid, Training of 2 weeks.
• It includes 1-1 sessions, constant mentoring, teamwork, practical use and understanding of our technical tools, and live exercises to develop abilities.
