What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide helpdesk support and general office assistance to all offices
• Format and style legal documents, including creating tables of contents and tables of authorities
• Troubleshoot document issues and assist with software application questions
• Maintain effective communication with staff, attorneys, and managers
• Stay updated on technology and software changes to enhance document preparation skills

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal environment
• Proficient in Windows 10, MS Word 2016/365, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Best Case, Best Authority, and iManage
• Excellent document preparation skills, including formatting and transcription
• Ability to follow departmental procedures and instructions specific to assigned tasks
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with an incident ticketing system is desired
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with technology and software used in legal document preparation
