Lead Kyc Product Manager (Remote)

Now we are looking for a Lead KYC Product Manager to play a key role in developing, implementing, and overseeing the Sumsub’s KYC product suite. Your role will be crucial in shaping the product strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our clients and partners.

What You Will Be Doing

• Orchestrating cross-functional partnership with engineering, research, and design, collaborating seamlessly to define the product roadmap and drive execution
• Leading the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements and creating user stories
• Deciphering our clients needs with analytics and research methods, using insights to navigate product planning and development with confidence
• Proactive identifying project risks and roadblocks, and communicating the risks to key internal and external stakeholders
• Defining the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the KYC product suite and monitoring product performance
• Staying updated on regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the product roadmap
• Constant improvement of services automation

About You

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on KYC, compliance, or related fintech products
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products in a regulated environment
• Deep knowledge of client’s business requirements, understanding how to pack the product
• Deep understanding of KYC, KYB regulations, AML and compliance requirements
• At least basic analytics skills (SQL), and analytics experience with any stack would be a plus
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
